我是苗族的,不晓得如何写,不过可以提供些建议:少数民族地区的开发在毁坏当地文化和风俗习惯的同时有利于当地的经济发展,总之,鱼与熊掌不可兼得。对苗族而言,我们有我们独特的文化和深远的历史。文化内涵深厚,是中国最古老的民族之一是我国历史上第一个使用惯常法的民族,也是第一个冶炼青铜的民族。现代苗族文化是多元而开放的,著名的苗族艺术有苗族芦笙舞,湘西苗鼓,湘西苗剧,苗族凳子舞,巴乌,苗琴,苗绣苗服,苗族蜡染等,苗族祖先古代发明了苗族历法-苗历。主要的苗族节日有:三月三,花山节(踩花山),六月六,苗年等。苗族因支系和地域分布的不同也可导致语言和生活方式的不同。对苗族而言,主要以稻米和玉米为主粮,过年有年糕,近似日本年糕的做法。苗族根据历史,有“盘瓠崇拜”,许多南方少数民族也有盘瓠崇拜,(《清史稿》:古西南夷多盘瓠遗种,曰僮,曰苗,曰瑶。。。。。。苗蛮尤多。),所以原则上苗族行医行药者不吃五爪动物。过年的时候,全家必须让自己的狗先吃(盘瓠:犬图腾),打苗人的狗视为对主人不敬。而苗族历史根据传说是这样的:苗族发源于上古九黎部落,其首领为蚩尤(苗文:Yeuf Chik),,蚩尤即为苗人共祖。蚩尤和炎黄部落发生战争,即历史上著名的涿鹿之战。炎黄部落九战九败,遂造指南车,乘大雾弥漫进攻蚩尤,蚩尤战败,传说蚩尤死后化为枫树,故有地方苗族自称"蒙”(苗文:Hmongb/Hmoob)意为“树心”的意思,枫树心生妹榜妹留(汉语意思:蝴蝶妈妈),妹榜妹留才生苗族远祖姜央。
