打开浏览器，搜索“IEEE“，进入其搜索结果界面后，点击”IEEEXploreDigitalLibrary“进入IEEE的工作界面后，可以看见其中有”Search“栏，可以根据自己的需要选择所要搜索的类别，其中有”BasicSearch“，”AuthorSearch“，"PublicationSearch"，选择好以后，可以在上面Search栏中，输入所要搜索的文献，点"Search”并下载即可。
