所幼儿园办得怎样,与园长管理水平紧密相关。园长的管理智慧影响着管理水平,而园长的文化修养则决定着管理智慧。作为一名年轻的园长,又面临着新时期幼儿园的转型,当什么样的园长,办什么样的幼儿园是解决问题的关键所在。  关键字:幼儿园园长;文化休养;管理;  幼儿园的全部工作,广义上讲,都可以称作/"管理/"。一所幼儿园办得怎样,与园长管理水平紧密相关。园长的管理智慧影响着管理水平,而园长的文化修养则决定着管理智慧。  一、依法办园是时代的要求、幼儿园发展的需要  依法办园是我们党的宗旨决定的,我们党的宗旨决定我们是为人民服务的,我们学校的工作是贯彻我们党的教育方针的一个基层细胞。因此,幼儿园工作中要做什么,为什么做,怎么做,做的过程都必须按照党和国家的法律法规行事。所以从这个角度出发我们行政负责人也都是党的干部,应该模范地贯彻党的教育方针,依法办园,依法办园不能光视为上级的指示、领导的要求,我们只是在被动地执行,也不能把依法办园仅仅看作是一句口号,而更应该熟悉到依法办园是发展党和人民的教育事业的需要,也是我们幼儿园发展的需要,应自觉地贯彻执行,从日常工作的点滴小事、各方面去做好它、落实它。  二、幼儿园园长的道德素质  (一)园长的道德素养在幼儿园管理中的重要性   园长若要正人必先正己  教师作为/"人之模范/"就要严于要求自己。人们把教师称为灵魂的工程师,称教师这一职业是太阳底下最光辉的职业。那么作为幼儿园治理者的园长们更应该如此,孔子云:/"其身正,不令而行;其身不正,虽令不从。/"园长要为人师表,正人必先正己,规范自己的言行,树立良好的师德形象,才能取得治园正人的发言权。因为他们不仅是孩子们的榜样,而且也是教师们的楷模。俗话说:/"火车跑得快,全靠车头带。/"讲的就是园长的带头作用。 而/"打铁先要硬本身/"说的则是作为治理者就必须努力提高自己的个人素质,具备高尚的道德素养,先练好/"内功/",这样才有可能治理好一个幼儿园。  园长治园必须有权威,权威即权力加威信,权利与职务相连,有职即有权,那么,威信从何而来?诚然,权利与威信有关,但有权并不等于有威,威信主要靠园长的品德、知识、能力、情感等非权利因素树立的,园长以身作则,严于责己,有利于树立权威,做好工作。有人说,/"要了解一个幼儿园的好与坏,就要看这个幼儿园的园长是个什么样的人。/"其言下之意是说园长的人格素养,即政治品格、道德素养、知识才能、意志作风等关系着幼儿园的生存与发展。 在人格因素中,政治品格居于第一位,它表现在教师的一切言论的行动中。从而进一步说明了道德素养的重要性。作为幼儿园的治理者,就必须建立治理者自身的人格魅力,实行以德育人、以德治园的治理法。在今天,一个没有人格魅力的治理者,是很难做好治理工作的,因为今天,靠耍权威、玩权术来治理,已经不灵了。  园长的道德素养与幼儿园的关系  一个工作中一丝不苟,以身作则、求真务实的园长,不但会使自己的威信高,受到别人的尊敬与爱戴,还会塑造一批有着较高道德素养的教师队伍,从而使幼儿园向着更高更远的方向前进。相反,假如园长的道德素养得不到教师们的尊敬与爱戴,幼儿园内就会人心涣散,这种情况下的幼儿园里的工作会如何呢?大家可想而知了。我身边有许多位园长,她们只不过是些再普通不过的农村幼儿园园长。在这个平凡的岗位上,他们默默无闻的耕耘着。要知道她们每个月仅有几百块钱的工资呀!她靠自己的聪明与感染力,靠着那令人钦佩的道德素养带动全体教职工克服种种困难,为幼儿园指明前进的道路,不管前面有多少艰难险阻,她都会率领全体教职工沿着正确的轨道,向前冲。
