保护自己 远离甲型H1N1流感  ——专访县人民医院感染科科长吕明波  记者 杨君  近日,甲型H1N1流感成为了市民关注的热点,人们纷纷议论此事,讨论研究流感病毒。如何预防流感病毒?日常生活中应注意什么?5月18日,记者专访了县人民医院感染科科长吕明波。  记 者:人感染甲型H1N1流感后有何症状和表现?  吕明波:人感染甲型H1N1流感后的症状与普通人流感相似,包括发热、咳嗽、喉咙痛、身体疼痛、头痛、发冷和疲劳等,有些还会出现与甲型H1N1流感有关的腹泻和呕吐症状,重者会继发肺炎和呼吸衰竭,甚至死亡。  记 者:如何保护自己远离甲型H1N1流感?  吕明波:在预防方面,没必要扎堆去接种人流感疫苗,因为预防季节性流感疫苗对预防甲型H1N1流感并无效果。正确的做法是养成良好的个人卫生习惯,充足睡眠、勤于锻炼、减少压力、足够营养;勤洗手,尤其是接触过公共物品后要先洗手再触摸自己的眼睛、鼻子和嘴巴;打喷嚏和咳嗽的时候应该用纸巾捂住口鼻;室内保持通风等。  记 者:自己感染了流感,应该怎么办?  吕明波:体感不适,出现高烧、咳嗽或喉咙痛,应待在家中,不要去人员密集的地方;多休息,喝大量的水;咳嗽或打喷嚏时,用一次性纸巾遮掩住嘴和鼻子,用完后的纸巾应处理妥当;勤洗手,每次洗手都应用肥皂彻底清洗,尤其咳嗽或打喷嚏后更应如此;将自己的症状告诉家人和朋友,并尽量避免与他人接触,情况严重者应立即就医。  记 者:食用猪肉是否会感染甲型H1N1流感?  吕明波:目前尚无证据表明甲型H1N1流感能通过食物传播。因此,食用处理得当的熟猪肉和猪肉制品是安全的。将猪肉烹制内部温度达到71℃,可杀死细菌和病毒。  记 者:医院如何防控甲型H1N1流感?  吕明波:一旦发现猪类或其它动物感染甲型H1N1流感病毒,应按照有关规定,对疫源地进行彻底消毒,对病人及疑似病人进行隔离。对于疑似病人或确诊病人进行隔离并佩戴外科口罩;医务人员要做好个人防护,加强卫生,使用快速手消毒剂进行手消毒;发热门诊和感染性疾病科等重点部门的医务人员应佩戴外科口罩,必要时佩戴护目镜或防护口罩;对发热门诊和感染性疾病科等重点部门应加强室内通风。
