无论在家还是办公室,我们早就习惯了饮水机的方便、快捷,饮水机的健康问题也越来越受人重视。 对此,中国医促会健康饮用水专业委员会主任李复兴给出了有关“饮水机”的如下提醒。 饮水机的健康隐患 1、结垢:饮水机中容易出现水垢,特别是在水质硬度较高的地区。出现的白色沉淀物大部分是碳酸盐类。其实这些盐类以一种很稳定的化合物形态存在,还没有证据表明对人体有害。但这些物质的存在影响了热交换的效率,结垢严重时,会带来安全隐患。因此饮水机要及时除垢。 2、“千滚水”:这种提法不科学,饮水机加热温度一般为85℃"95℃,没有达到沸腾的程度。但是长期加热对水的活性会产生影响,加热时间越长,水的活性越差,俗称“老化水”。因此在长时间不饮用时,应关掉电源,除了省电,还能避免水活性的丧失。 3、饮水机中含亚硝酸盐:由于水中都含有硝酸盐氮,当饮水机微生物污染严重时,会促使硝酸盐氮转化为亚硝酸盐氮。WHO饮用水指令中规定该指标在短期内超过3mg/L时,婴儿会发生高铁血红蛋白症。但是目前的研究看还没有足够的证据表明亚硝酸盐与癌症有直接的关系。 4、细菌:很多人担心饮水机中饮用水的细菌超标,其实当饮水机中水温超过60℃时,普通微生物就可以杀灭;80℃以上时,10"20分钟可以将芽孢杆菌杀灭。 5、加热胆的材料导致有害物质析出:多数正规企业生产加热胆所使用的材料是不锈钢,符合国家相关卫生标准。不锈钢耐热温度远远高于沸水的温度,因此不会有有害物质析出。而一些假冒伪劣产品使用的是不卫生材料,经热水浸泡后,有害物质可以被溶解出来,危害健康。 饮水机的正确使用 1、新机首次使用时必须待热水龙头出水后才能接通加热电源开关,以免热罐缺水干烧,损坏电热元件和热罐保温材料。 2、饮水机安装位置应考虑以下几点:应距墙10cm以上,以便于通风散热;避免日光照射,应选择远离热源、清洁处,因为目前大多数饮水机采用“气、水置换,开启式饮用”的设计方案,避免为微生物的繁衍提供优越的滋生条件;避免与电脑、音响靠近或放置在豪华家俱和高级木地板上,以免由于水桶破损和饮水机管件、密封件老化而发生漏水时殃及这些贵重物品。 3、用户长时间外出前,必须随手关断饮水机的电源开关,这样既可节约能源,又能防止电器起火等意外事故的发生。“神眼”智能型饮水机,采用红外探测的原理实现了有人自动开机、人离开后15分钟自动关机,是一种十分理想的智能型节电安全产品。 4、对于无消毒杀菌装置的饮水机,可采用饮水机厂家随机提供的专用消毒药剂,定期对饮水机进行清洗消毒,也可请饮水机经销商的售后服务人员上门消毒。 5、缩短桶装水饮用周期、防止虫类杂物倒吸,减少饮水机的二次污染。空气中的灰尘、细菌,甚至飞虫、换水过程中饮水机进水口暴露在外,都比较容易造成二次污染;停用一段时间或者在高温、高湿度条件下的饮水机,造成水质二次污染的可能性更大。因此,在使用饮水机时,缩短每桶水饮用周期对饮水健康也有益处,一般应控制饮用周期在四天左右。 饮水机的清洗步骤 清洗饮水机 1) 切断饮水机电源。 2) 取下饮水机上5加仑水桶。 3) 旋下聪明座。 4)将消毒液或消毒片溶解液注入饮水机水斗内(注:有的消毒液有配套聪明盖,可不必进行3、4步骤,直接将配套聪明盖旋在消毒液瓶口上,然后倒插在聪明座上即可) 5) 同时开启热、冷水龙头,各放出约500ml水,使消毒液完全流入机器内,再关闭冷、热水龙头。 6) 10分钟后,旋开机器背部的两个放水阀,将内部消毒液排尽。 7) 旋紧排水阀。 8) 再将水桶放回饮水机上,开启热、冷水龙头,各放出水500ml。 9) 消毒操作完毕。 桶装饮水机内冷热水胆三个月不洗就会大量繁殖细菌、病毒,并沉淀残渣、重金属甚至生红虫,严重危害人们的身体健康,时间长了水中还会出现各种各样的异物。所以饮水机一定要定期彻底清洗、消毒,目前常用的方法是用消毒药水清洗,然后再用洁净的桶装水冲饮水机,直至消毒药水残留物被洗净为止。 一般,为半年清洗一次。
