建筑工程技术资料整理研究 摘要:工程技术资料的整理和归档是建筑工程必不可少的工作之一,为了能更好地做好建筑工程技术资料整理工作,就建筑工程技术资料的重要性及做好资料整理要注意的几个方面进行简单的分析。 关键词:建筑工程技术资料;真实;准确;完整;规范 1 及时收集和记录工程技术资料,保证真实、有效 工程技术资料是对建筑实体质量情况的真实反映,因此要求资料必须按照建筑物施工的实际进度及时整理,做到工程建设与资料整理同步进行,杜绝工程先结束,资料事后补的现象发生。工程中所用到的钢材、水泥、机砖、外加剂、防水材料、门窗材料、节能材料等原材料、构配件、设备的质量通过检查出厂合格和检验报告及复试报告加以确认,由于时间及其他原因,材料经几次转手,合格证及检验报告是复印件或者不能与原材料同时到达施工现场,如果技术人员不能及时收集,送样复试,造成材料先用后试等这些问题,会影响工程质量及施工进度,针对此类问题,可以指定专人负责,逐项跟踪收集、整理,做到与工程进度同步,内容连贯,交圈对口。 资料整理应本着实事求是、客观准确的原则,不能为了偷工减料或省工省料而隐瞒真相,不要为了追求较高的工程质量等级而歪曲事实。主要材料使用前必须由厂家提供合格证和必要的试验报告。厂家提供的试验报告应是最近或者是上一年度送检的报告,而不能是几年前送样的检验报告,不具有代表性。原材料采取见证取样送检制度,试验应有见证取样记录。检验批、分项工程质量评定必须到现场实测检查,不得闭门伪造。隐蔽工程、分项工程、分部工程、竣工报告等技术资料中签署意见必须由本人进行填写,不能由他人代写,不能随意涂改,降低技术资料的可信度和使用价值。 2 确保技术资料准确、无误 技术资料中所出现的数据及相关内容必须准确、无误且反映工程实际情况,这就要求施工人员或资料员必须有熟悉图纸、设计变更及相关内容,有一定的实践经验,对施工操作面及实体质量具备一定的目测中估能力,熟悉GB50300标准中的验收要求,实事求是,详细具体填写检验批中的保证项目和一般项目,不能以符合要求或满足规范概而论之。特别混凝土、砌筑砂浆的强度评定,具体计算时,必须确保数据真实准确,评定合格与不合格必须如实填写,不能瞎编乱造。如果混凝土、砌筑砂浆强度评定不合格必须按建筑施工验收规范要求进行加固处理。 建筑工程技术资料整理研究 全文原文出自: -07-21/html
