Objective To inquire the method of avoiding or reducing IOL Injury when after cataract was treated by YAG Methods 46 patients (49 eyes) with after cataract who underwent YAG Laser were retrospectively Results After operation mild IOL injury was occurred in 18% which laser treatment power was 2-4mJConclusion It is effective to treat after cataract by low power YAG laser at early time postoperation without IOL Visual 显示全部目的 探讨Nd :YAG激光后囊切开术治疗人工晶状体后发障时避免或降低人工晶状体损伤的方法。方法 对 46例 ( 4 9眼 )人工晶状体术后的后发障应用激光治疗情况进行回顾性研究。结果 术后 18%的病例出现轻度人工晶状体损伤 ,其治疗能量均在 2~ 4mJ。结论 对于人工晶状体后发障病人早期行激光后囊切开 ,低能量即可完成且无损伤。对于囊较厚需要提高能量时应避开视轴中心 ,能量控制在 4mJ以内可以避免人工晶状体中、重度损伤。Objective To asses the effectiveness of early treatment of Nd:YAG capsulotomy in preventing posterior capsule opacification (PCO) in pediatric cataract Methods The study comprised 8 eyes of 8 pediatric patients who had cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation between 1998 and Posterior capsulotomy was performed by Nd:YAG within one week to ten days after the Results Patients age ranged from 5 years to 11 Men follow up was 10 months,ranged from 5 to 19 7 显示全部目的 评价早期的Nd :YAG激光晶状体后囊切开在儿童白内障中的应用价值。方法 1998~ 1999年 8例患儿行白内障囊外摘出与人工晶状体植入后 ,在 7~ 10日内行Nd :YAG激光晶状体后囊切开术。结果 患儿年龄 5~ 11岁 ,随访时间 5月~ 19月 ,平均 10月。 7例患儿视轴区保持透明 ,1例因后囊浑浊再次行YAG激光术 ,后囊再浑浊的复发率达 12 5 % ,所有患儿无明显并发症。结论 早期Nd :YAG激光晶状体后囊切开术在儿童白内障治疗中是安全、有效的。Objective To observe the clinical results of Nd∶YAG laser resection for the membrane forming postoperation on the anterior surface of intraocular lens(IOL) in 56 cases(60 eyes)Methods A single pulse YAG laser was used to relieve the iris synechia and blow up the membrane on anterior surface of IOLResults The membrane in 53 eyes(33%) was completely removed in the first The average energy of each burst was 4 mJ and the averge total energy of each treatment was 137 mJThe mean number of 显示全部目的 观察Nd∶YAG激光切除人工晶状体术后前膜5 6例 ( 60眼 )的临床疗效。方法 YAG激光单脉冲先切除前膜与虹膜的粘连 ,再将人工晶状体表面前膜粉碎性切除。结果 一次全部切除无复发者 5 3眼 ( 88 3 3 % ) ,平均单脉冲能量为 1 4mJ ,平均每眼治疗总能量为 13 7mJ ,平均击射次数为 5 1次。无严重并发症。结论 YAG激光切除人工晶状体前膜安全有效 ,并发症少 ,缩短或减少药物治疗 ,及早恢复视力 ,可替代手术治疗。
