不幸啊,好不容易交了4年学费、挤破了脑袋熬出了头,终于要毕业了,却碰巧赶上了几十年不遇的全球金融海啸,就业不完蛋了吗?以前说就业难,是指找到一份工作简单,但找到薪酬较高、待遇较好、还有很好的发展机会的工作就难了。现在的就业难似乎更提高了一个档次:就连再也普通不过的、可替代性极强的工作,大学生都似乎在拼、在抢——也就是说,把美好的工作环境打破、把期待的薪金高度拉下来、把几年后买车买房的理想踢到九霄云外,这些还是不能保证你能找到一份养活自己的工作,更别提我们有点“奢侈”的生活梦想。但我们怎么也想不明白,为什么堂堂“学士”(可谓脑力劳动者一族),非要跟一帮体力劳动者抢工作?“学士”怎能跟农民大叔一样成为市场上你死我活的竞争者?大学生怎么就沦为了大白菜?(农民兄弟为国家和人民创造的福祉比某些贪官污吏多了去了,在此对比大学生与农民工,没有歧视农民工的意思。术业有专攻,我只是想说:学士做的事情应该跟农民兄弟不同,但“应该”的事情总是理论上的东西,现实中有太多“不应该”的事情正在发生)人类文明进化到了今天,社会内部各层面充满联系,今天的大学生就业难,背后有深刻的政治经济原因,它们不是像教科书里写的那么死板而让人丧失学习兴趣,它们活生生地影响着我们今天的生活,影响着我们当下的幸福感。让我们来看看其内在的逻辑。
