以双酚A、苯胺、甲醛为原料合成双酚A/苯胺型苯并恶嗪中间体(简称Ba),采用红外光谱对单体进行结构表征。通过高温固化得到苯并恶嗪聚合物。将所得的聚合物制成样条,进行燃烧试验,比较不同固化温度下的Ba及与苯酚/对硝基苯胺苯并恶嗪中间体(简称pa-pN)混合后固化聚合物的燃烧性能变化。红外表征结果表明,在反应进行2h时,已经有中间体产生,而反应进行到5h时效果最好;再从产率来看PH值为8时产率较高。燃烧结果表明,在一定温度下,固化程度较高时,聚合物的阻燃较好。而当Ba与pa-pN混合后,混合物的阻燃性能有所下降,pa-pN对Ba的燃烧性能没有起到良好的改善,可能的原因是两种单体混合后引起固化程度下降,导致了混合的聚合物的阻燃性能较差,适合的固化温度及时间有待进一步研究。
